Approval of Woollahra Section 7.12 Development Contributions Plan 2022
Woollahra Council approved the Woollahra Section 7.12 Development Contributions Plan 2022 at its meeting of 27 June 2021.
The Plan applies to the entire Woollahra Local Government Area. It authorises a condition on a development consent, requiring the applicant to pay Council a levy. Monies collected are applied to the provision, extension or augmentation of public facilities located in the LGA.
The Woollahra Section 7.12 Development Contributions Plan 2022 commences on 13 July 2021. It repeals the Woollahra Section 7.12 Development Contributions Plan 2021 on its commencement.
