Annual Report

In This Section

Council's comprehensive Annual Reports have been prepared in accordance with the Integrated Planning and Reporting framework introduced by the Division of Local Government, Department of Premier and Cabinet in 2009.

The specific aims of the Integrated Planning and Reporting framework are to:

  • improve integration of various statutory planning and reporting processes undertaken by councils as required by the Local Government Act 1993, Local Government (General) Regulation 2005 and the Division's guidelines
  • strengthen councils’ strategic focus
  • streamline reporting processes
  • ensure that the Local Government Act 1993 and the Integrated Planning and Reporting Guidelines support a strategic and integrated approach to planning and reporting by local councils.

Council is strongly committed to transparency, consultation and accountability. Our comprehensive Annual Report focuses on the implementation of Council's Delivery Program and Operational Plan and incorporates other statutory information that Council is required to report that is important to our community.

In addition to Woollahra Council's annual report information, the Office of Local Government (OLG) has been collecting a wide range of council data for more than 25 years and using it to produce detailed comparative reports. Your Council allows local communities to access detailed information about their local council and the wide range of services it provides at the click of a button.
