Tech Savvy Seniors: Introduction to Computers & the Internet

This workshop will walk you first through the basics of what a computer is, what its components are and how it’s operated.

Not everyone had the opportunity to grow up with computers and the internet. This workshop is for people who have never really used a computer or the internet before, and might find them a little scary.

In addition to basic computer functions, we’ll teach you how to use a mouse and keyboard. Then we’ll put those skills to good use to create your first document on the computer, and do a little web surfing along the way.

A laptop will be provided to use during the session. This program is a partnership between Woollahra Libraries, NSW Government, Telstra and the State Library of NSW.
