FAQs

  • When do I collect the key for the venue?
    • For weekend hirers: The key is available from Council Chambers between 8.30am and 4.30pm the Friday before your booking.
      For weekday hirers: The key is available the morning of your booking or by other arrangement with the Venue Coordinator.
  • Where do I collect the key from?
    • The key is available for collection from Council Chambers between 8.30am and 4.30pm weekdays.
  • When do I return the key?
    • The keys are to be returned on the next working day after your booking. Eg. Monday morning for weekend hirers.
  • When will I receive a refund of my deposit?
    • A refund is processed once the key has been returned and all Conditions of Hire have been met. This takes approximately 10 working days.

Hours

Canonbury Cottage is available for hire from sunrise to sunset, seven days a week.

Capacity

Up to 30 people.

Uses

Social events, recreational activities and community groups. The upstairs offices are available on application.

Canonbury Cottage can be hired in conjunction with the park for social gatherings. Additional fees may apply for park bookings.
