Pre-season bookings

Due to the multiple use of sports grounds by a range of winter and summer sports and the limited time between the start and finish of the respective sport seasons, no designated pre-season period exists. We will endeavour to allocate venues for pre-season trial games and training where possible. Associations/Clubs should not assume that pre-season activities will be automatically available.

No goal posts, cricket pitches or field markings can be guaranteed to be erected and/or prepared before the start of the season.

Under special circumstances, line marking and/or goal post erection may be organised prior to the commencement of the season in consultation with Council. However, any such work will be undertaken by Council and the full costs charged to the sporting group.
