Published: 10 September 2012

From 3 September 2012, Council will require digital copies of plans and supporting documentation to be submitted with all development applications (DAs) made under the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.

Applications to modify a development consent under Section 96 of the Act (s96) and applications to review a determination under Section 82A of the Act (s82A) should be placed on a storage medium, e.g. DVD-R, USB.

That requirement is also applicable to additional or updated information provided during the assessment of any application or a replacement application made under clause 55 of the Environmental Planning Regulation 2000 (the Regs).
