Do you live alone?

Do you have someone who the Police can contact in the event of an emergency?

The NSW Police Force would like to offer you the opportunity to record your next of kin/closest relative/friend contacts in their Next of Kin Register. It may assist Police to access these details quickly when they arrive at your premises in the case of an emergency.

The steps to take advantage of this service are:

  1. Complete the Contact Information Sheet (PDF) including names and telephone numbers of those you would like informed in the case of an emergency.
  2. Return the Contact Information Sheet to the Crime Prevention Officer, Rose Bay Police Station, 1 Wunulla Road, Point Piper, NSW 2027.
  3. Your details will then be entered into a confidential Next of Kin Register. A laminated A5 Contact Information Sheet listing your details will be returned to you.
  4. Display or affix the Contact Information Sheet in a prominent position e.g. on your refrigerator or behind your front door.
