New after hours help for residents

Callers needing information on Council's services and facilities outside normal working hours and over the weekend will have access to a person who can assist them on the phone.
Previously after hours callers have received a recorded message. By providing someone on the phone who knows about what we do, we will be able to provide a quick response to most queries. The after hours calls will be diverted from Council's main phone number 9391 7000.
