Welcome to the Woollahra Seniors and Community Centre. The Centre offers a range of services, recreational programs and activities to residents within the municipality and surrounding areas.

The Woollahra Seniors and Community Centre aims to support and promote the well-being of residents in the local area of all ages.

Our Services

The Woollahra Seniors and Community Centre provides a nutritious lunch at 12 noon on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.

In addition to a well stocked library, the Centre offers a range of activities including;

  • bingo
  • a choir
  • concerts
  • bookclub
  • entertainment
  • free education talks
  • excercise classes
  • U3A classes
  • water painting classes

Program of Activities

The Centre offers a range of regular activities such as qigong, keep fit and water painting classes.

Volunteering

Volunteers play an integral part in our centre programs. We welcome and encourage the involvement of volunteers of varied ages and backgrounds, with different skills and experiences.

We also provide opportunities for students needing to complete their placement requirements or job seekers looking for work experience.

Venue Hire

The Centre is also available for hire on weekends and evenings to community groups, non for profit groups and private functions including children’s birthday parties.
