A large range of activities and events for seniors are conducted each week across the Municipality. This includes activities at Woollahra Seniors and Community Centre, Canonbury Cottage, The Gunyah and Holdsworth Street Community Centre.

Woollahra Seniors' and Community Centre (WSCC)

The WSCC is located in Gaden Reserve, corner of Queen St and Edgecliff Rd, Woollahra. The Centre is open Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 4:00pm.

The WSCC provides a lunch at 12 noon for members on weekdays. In addition to a well stocked library, the Centre offers a range of activities including bingo, a choir, concerts, discussion and bookclub groups. The Centre is also available for hire on weekends and evenings.

Healthy Lifestyle Program 2008

The Healthy Lifestyle Program is an exercise program for people of all ages to improve flexibility, balance and strength.

Class Leader

The leaders are accredited fitness instructors and physiotherapists with experience in teaching exercise to people over 50.

Classes commence 12 January 2009 and will run throughout the year, concluding 19 December 2009.

Holdsworth Community Centre and Services (HCCS)
