Woollahra Sustainability Plan

Woollahra Council is preparing a Woollahra Sustainability Plan (WSP). The purpose of the WSP is to provide a long term and integrated approach to planning for a sustainable Woollahra.

Community participation and education

We promote active community participation for a healthy social and natural environment. We have an active Environmental Education and Action Program, Bushcare Program and Community Garden. We also offer Community Environmental Grants for local schools and community groups.

There are many regional and local plans and strategies, which guide our actions and choices and provide important information about sustainability and our local environment.
