Eligibility for using the Inter-library loan Service
Any member of the Woollahra Library and Information Service that has full membership status can request an inter-library loan.
Requesting an Inter-library loan
There are three ways you can request an inter-library loan.
- If you are in one of the Woollahra Libraries:
- Fill out an Item request form obtained from any of the library counters. You need to fill out a seperate request form for each item.
- Let the library staff know if you would like to obtain the item through a Public Library, or another institution - charges apply.
- Indicate a date when you no longer require the material.
- You can also request an inter-library loan over the telephone. Please contact the library on 9391 7104.
- Fill out and submit an online Item request form for each item.
Most requests take between 2-6 weeks, however this can vary.
The Woollahra Library and Information Service will contact you by email or mail when the item is ready for you to pick up.
