The main Reference collection is held at Double Bay Central Library with a smaller collection at the Paddington Branch Library.

Staff can assist with your reference and information requests.

We have access to a wide range of resources both within and outside the library including both traditional and electronic sources. These include encyclopedias, dictionaries, atlases, indexes and journals.

The majority of these are in book format but many are also available either online via the internet or on CD-ROM. Electronic resources may be accessed by using the public access computers at Double Bay and Paddington libraries.

The Woollahra Library and Information Service subscribes to a range of online databases that provide access to encyclopedias, newpapers and magazines and information on subjects such as health, business, science, literature. These can be accessed from any of the computers at Double Bay and Paddington libraries or from your own computer, as long as you have your Woollahra library card number handy.
