Every year the Woollahra Library and Information Service hosts a Local Writers' Word Festival on a Saturday in November.  The Festival features seminars on writing and publishing as well as readings and interviews with selected local writers.

The Library invites submissions from small-press or self-published authors of fiction, non-fiction or poetry, living in Woollahra Municipality or neighbouring municipalities to be part of this event in November 2010.

All are welcome to hear this wonderful variety of both established and new authors in the Woollahra/Eastern Suburbs region engaging in a lively and entertaining discussion about their writing.
