Draft Rose Bay Centre DCP Amendment 1

Woollahra Council has prepared the Draft Rose Bay Centre Development Control Plan (DCP) Amendment No.1, clarifying the planning intention of Section 6.7.2, "Through Block Connections".
Details of the public exhibition of the draft DCP amendment are as follows:
Dates: 26 March 2009 – 30 April 2009
Location: Woollahra Council Chambers, 536 New South Head Road, Double Bay.
During the hours of 8.00am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday.
The Draft DCP may be viewed by going to the list of publications below.
Written submissions on the provisions of the Draft DCP are invited. Please quote reference 985.G and send to the General Manager, Woollahra Council, PO Box 61, Double Bay NSW 1360 or email records@woollahra.nsw.gov.au. Submissions may be lodged up to and including 4.30pm, Thursday 30 April 2009.
