Woollahra Council has prepared Draft Woollahra Local Environmental Plan 1995 (Amendment No. 61). The purpose of the Draft LEP is to

• Clarify the definition of ‘community facility’
• Make consequential changes to the permissible uses in Zone No. 6 (Open Space Zone) arising from the changes to  the definition of community facility.

Details of the public exhibition of the Draft LEP are as follows:

Wednesday 7 February 2007 until Wednesday 7 March 2007
Woollahra Council Administration Offices
536 New South Head Road
Double Bay (during business hours)

The public exhibition of the Draft LEP finished on 7 March 2007.

The submissions that were received have now be evaluated and a report has been prepared for consideration by the Urban Planning Committee on 30 April 2007. The meeting will commence at 6pm and is open to the public.
