NSW Government - Retirement Villages Inquiry

The NSW Government Inquiry into the retirement village sector, led by Kathryn Greiner AO, is examining retirement village business practices and protections for residents. The Inquiry will look at concerns raised about the fairness and transparency of business practices of retirement villages in NSW.

Retirement village residents, their families and representatives are invited to attend a community forum to have their say on retirement village living.

Community forums will be held in Sydney CBD, Hornsby, Ballina, Port Macquarie, Newcastle, Wollongong and Wagga Wagga during October.

To register your attendance at a forum, visit events.fairtrading.nsw.gov.au or call 13 32 20.

If you are unable to attend a forum, you can still make a submission to the Inquiry online or by post.
