Council is considering the closure and sale of a portion of County Avenue road reserve to the adjoining property owner of 3 Weedon Avenue, Paddington.
View plan which shows the subject portion of County Avenue bound by a border with hatched line and yellow highlight infill. This triangular shaped area has an estimated width of 2.5 metres and length 4.4 metres. It is estimated to be some 5.6 square metres in size, subject to final survey.
Any member of the public wishing to make a written submission to Council in respect of the proposed road closure and sale; should do so by 4.30pm on Wednesday 3 May 2017.
