Council at its meeting 14 September 2009 resolved to grant a 5 year road lease for occupation of a 35 square metre portion of Council’s road reserve to the adjoining property owner of 48 Cranbrook Rd, Bellevue Hill. The lease commencement rent is to be $3,120 per annum plus GST , with annual review to CPI.
