Councillor disclosures of political donations and electoral expenditure

Councillors are required to lodge a Declaration of Political Donations and Electoral Expenditure with the Election Funding Authority every six months.

The Local Government Act 1993 requires Council to keep a register of all current declarations lodged by councillors with the Election Funding Authority.
