Delivery Program 2009 to 2013 and Operational Plan 2009/10
The Delivery Program 2009 to 2013 and Operational Plan 2009/10 describes how Council will work with our community to achieve community goals and sets out Council's priorities and actions proposed to ensure we meet community needs and expectations in a sustainable manner.
The Delivery Program covers a four year period commencing 1 July 2009 and finishing 30 June 2013. The Operational Plan covers the one year period commencing 1 July 2009 and finishing 30 June 2010.
Council adopted its Delivery Program 2009 to 2013 and Operational Plan 2009/10 at the Council meeting on the 29 June 2009.
Following the rejection of Council's Special Rate Variation Application by the Minister for Local Government, Council considered and adopted Scenario 2: Special Variation Not Approved as its rating structure at the Council Meeting on the 27 July 2009.
The Delivery Program 2009 to 2013 and Operational Plan 2009/10 has been amended accordingly.

As part of this project Council is undertaking a community consultation project to aid in the development of a Community Strategic Plan for Woollahra up to 2025. You are invited to have your say.
