Delivery Program 2009 to 2013 and Operational Plan 2011/12

Our Delivery Program 2009 to 2013 and Operational Plan 2011/12 describes how Council will work with our community to achieve our priorities and actions and meet community needs and expectations in a sustainable manner.

The Delivery Program and Operational Plan:

  • Describes how will work with our community to achieve community goals
  • Combined Delivery Program (4 years) & Operational Plan (1 year)
  • Sets out Council’s Priorities and Actions
  • Council achieve community goals and sets out Council’s Priorities and Actions
  • Reviewed, developed & publicly exhibited yearly.

Our current Delivery Program covers a four year period commencing 1 July 2009 and finishing 30 June 2013 and our Operational Plan covers the one year period commencing 1 July 2011 and finishing 30 June 2012.

Council adopted its Delivery Program 2009 to 2013 and Operational Plan 2010/11 at the Council meeting on the 16 May 2011.

Council will review its Delivery Program every four (4) years and its Operational Plan every year and will be seek public comment in May prior to final adoption prior to the end of June each year.

Although only required by legislation to report on Council’s progress under its Delivery Program and Operational Plan on a six monthly basis, Council has resolved to maintain the previous quarterly reporting regime of the management plan, to provide greater transparency and to ensure our community is well informed.
