Woollahra Small Sculpture Prize

About the Prize

Established in 2001, the Woollahra Small Sculpture Prize is the only national prize for small sculptures (under 80 cm in any dimension). The Prize continues to attract strong support from artists, collectors and critics both in Australia and internationally.

Exhibition

All previous winning sculptures are on display to the general public in our historic Redleaf Council Chambers.

Each year approximately 40 finalists are exhibited for 16 days at the historic Redleaf Council Chambers in Double Bay. The free exhibition is launched annually in October and is open to the public.

Prizes

Prizes totalling $13,000 include:
  • The Woollahra Small Sculpture Prize: an acquisitive award of $10,000
  • The Special Commendation: a non-acquisitive award of $2,000
  • The Viewers' Choice: a non-acquisitive award of $1,000
