The Access Forum is open to local residents and organisations. Meetings are held quarterly to provide information sessions on Council’s progress on a variety of projects, updates on local services, as well as major works and infrastructure developments.

What is access?

Access includes:

• Access to information
• Social and cultural access (e.g. to services and facilities).
• Physical access (e.g. to buildings, footpaths, signage, overhanging trees, kerb ramps)

Who can it affect?

• People with a disability
• Carers
• Parents with young children
• Older people
• People with mental health issues
• Those who are socially or geographically isolated
• And many others
