FAQs

When do I collect the key for the venue?
- For weekend hirers: The key is available from Council Chambers between 8.30am and 4.30pm the Friday before your booking.
  For weekday hirers: The key is available the morning of your booking or by other arrangement with the Venue Coordinator.
Where do I collect the key from?
- The key is available for collection from Council Chambers between 8.30am and 4.30pm weekdays.
When do I return the key?
- The keys are to be returned on the next working day after your booking. Eg. Monday morning for weekend hirers.
When will I receive a refund of my deposit?
- A refund is processed once the key has been returned and all Conditions of Hire have been met. This takes approximately 10 working days.

Vaucluse Bowling Club

Location

80-82 New South Head Road, Vaucluse NSW. The club overlooks the bowling greens and is located close to Vaucluse shopping precinct.

Hours

Available for hire from 8am to midnight, seven days a week. Music must be turned off by 11pm. Bowling can be organised directly with the club. A separate fee applies.

Capacity

Up to 100 people.

Uses

Meetings, conferences, seminars, recreational activities, community groups, family gatherings. This venue is not available for children's parties under 13yrs.

Additional information

Equipment and facilities available: The venue has an area of 211 square meters which is predominately carpeted and includes a dance floor.

It has 12 tables (standard trestle table, Dimensions: 1830 (W) x 750 (D) x 730 (H) mm), 100 chairs and a large kitchen with fridge, urn, microwave, oven, 100 piece pie warmer and bench space.

Parking: There is street parking available near the venue and be advised that there are some steps at the entrance of the building.
