FAQs

When do I collect the key for the venue?
- For weekend hirers: The key is available from Council Chambers between 8.30am and 4.30pm the Friday before your booking.
  For weekday hirers: The key is available the morning of your booking or by other arrangement with the Venue Coordinator.
Where do I collect the key from?
- The key is available for collection from Council Chambers between 8.30am and 4.30pm weekdays.
When do I return the key?
- The keys are to be returned on the next working day after your booking. Eg. Monday morning for weekend hirers.
When will I receive a refund of my deposit?
- A refund is processed once the key has been returned and all Conditions of Hire have been met. This takes approximately 10 working days.

Location

Located on the edge of Woollahra Golf Club, O'Sullivan Road, Bellevue Hill NSW 2023. Enter via the Golf Club Car Park.

Hours

Available for hire from 9am to 8pm seven days a week.

Children's party session times:
9:00am - 12:30pm
1:00pm - 4:30pm

Capacity

Up to 35 people.

Uses

Rose Bay Cottage is designed for use by young children and their families. There is a safe soft-fall synthetic grass surface, sunshade and grassed area. Rose Bay Cottage is also suitable for recreational activities and use by community groups.

Equipment and facilities available:

Main room approximately 6.9m x 4m.

2 lounges, children's chairs, 2 small tables, kitchen with microwave and kettle (no oven), and baby change facilities.

The cottage and grassed area are fenced in with a child safe gate.

Parking: Street parking or use of Woollahra Golf Club car park.
