Community Strategic Plan - Woollahra 2025

Woollahra 2025 - our community, our place, our plan (PDF, 2.1 MB) is our Community Strategic Plan that has been developed by Council in consultation with the Woollahra community. It presents a 15 year vision for Woollahra and forms part of Council's Integrated Planning and Reporting Framework.

Community Capacity Survey

The Community Capacity Survey (PDF, 1 MB) assists Council in determining the direction and priorities between 2008 and 2017 in the design and delivery of services, utilisation of facilities and social and cultural opportunities.

Woollahra Social and Cultural Plan

The Woollahra Social and Cultural Plan 2008-2013 (PDF, 3.2 MB) equips Council with information on our community and its needs so it can make informed and fair decisions on planning and providing community services. The Plan’s aim is to create a social environment characterised by the strength of its community spirit and the quality of its community facilities, services, resources and initiatives.

The Library and Information Services Strategy

The Library and Information Services Strategy provides direction to ensure the Woollahra Library & Information Service meets the ongoing needs, and expectations of its community. This strategy was based on extensive consultation with the community, staff and key stakeholders through a survey, focus groups, selected interviews, demographic trends and relevant industry trends.
