Amended Plans

The applicant has submitted amended plans which make changes to the roof top carpark. The changes include:

• replacing originally proposed shade structures with a weather protective awning
• redesigning the landings to the travelators
• reconfiguration of carparking spaces
• a change in the number of carparking spaces from 459 to 446

We have written to those people who put in submissions on the original proposal and to the owners of properties in the locality. Submissions on the amended plans may be made by Wednesday 2/5/12.

The amended plans are available for viewing on the Kiaora Lands - Proposed Redevelopment website or at our Customer Service Centre.
