Cruising Yacht Club of Australia (CYCA) marina

What is the proposed development?

The Cruising Yacht Club of Australia have submitted a development application (DA) for the redevelopment of its marina at Rushcutters Bay.

The development proposed by the DA is both designated and integrated development. Because the proposed development is designated development and has a value of more than $10 million it is also regional development. This means that a decision on the DA will be made by the East Region, Joint Regional Planning Panel. The decision will not be made by the Council.
