Major Development Applications (DAs)

The following major development applications are under assessment and/or subject to Land and Environment Court appeals (about appeals):

• Ashington development - redevelopment of hotel
• Cruising Yacht Club of Australia (CYCA) marina - redevelopment of marina at Rushcutters Bay
  
• Rose Bay and Point Piper Marinas - redevelopment of marinas
• White City - demolition of existing structures, remediation of site and construction of a multi purpose tennis and recreation facility.
