• Section 149 Planning certificates confirm planning requirements and restrictions that apply to a parcel of land.

Council has prepared a planning proposal which proposes to amend Woollahra LEP 1995 by listing ‘Duntrim’ – house and grounds, located at No. 37 Darling Point Road, Darling Point, as a heritage item.

Exhibition of the planning proposal

The planning proposal was on exhibition from Friday 1 April 2011 to Friday 6 May 2011.

Submissions, summaries of submissions, and/or names and addresses of people making submissions may be included in publicly available reports to Council or Committee Meetings. All submissions will be placed on the appropriate Council file and may be accessed by Councillors, Council Officers, consultants to Council or members of the public.
