Exhibition of Draft Woollahra Local Environmental Plan 1995 (Amendment No.67) - Kiaora Lands
The Kiaora Lands are located in the Double Bay commercial centre and comprise various parcels including the Golden Sheaf Hotel, Woolworths supermarket and Council car parks at Kiaora Lane and Anderson Street.
Council has prepared a draft local environmental plan (Draft LEP) which proposes to amend Woollahra LEP 1995 by replacing the current specific controls with more general controls, and also to apply a floor space ratio of 2.5:1 to the land and rezone a small portion of the land to the 3(a) General Business zone.
Exhibition of the Draft LEP
The Draft LEP was on exhibition from Monday 15 February 2010 - Friday 7 May 2010. [Note: By decision of the Council on 8 March 2010, the exhibition closing date was extended from 26 March to 7 May 2010].
